The Dress

Made with Love ‘Lola’ dress
All over clear sequin and bead embellishment on mesh/ tulle, fully lined in white crepe. Thin spaghetti straps embellished with beads and removable thin belt at waist. Belt is currently lightly sewn in however can be removed to adjust position or remove completely.
Zip and hook and eye fastening at centre back.
Hook up/ bustle added to the dress for ease of movement/ dancing, with ribbon wrist strap inside the back of the train.

I have worn this dress once in June 2023, it was taken to be dry cleaned immediately and has come out like new. There are no stains on the dress- inside or out- basically like new as I bought it! There are a couple of beads missing on one of the straps at the top of the shoulder but this isn’t detrimental to the appearance of the dress at all.

Alterations- only alteration made was to the length, I am 5ft4 in height (without heels) I wore this dress with 4inch heels (no front platform to shoes) 11cm was tapered off the front of the dress from the original length. Everything else on the dress including strap length remains untouched.

To help with sizing I would say I am a uk size 6-8, or would buy a size small. 5ft 4 in height without heels.

I felt amazing in this dress and I have no regrets! Everyone said how beautiful the dress was and unlike any other wedding dress they had seen. This is the perfect dress if you are looking for something a little different. It’s takes you easily from day to evening reception without the need for a second evening look. I’d love for this dress to go to a new home and given a second life at another wedding, it is too beautiful to sit unworn in my wardrobe!
