The Dress

This is a sweetheart neckline beaded lace A-line dress with an impressive train hemmed with lace. The lace on the dress is so beautiful; I couldn't stop looking at it when I saw it the first time. It reminds me of coral!

The back is low but not immodest and the straps sparkle. The dress is an ivory with a satin sand inner shell that you can see through the top layer. This dress impresses and photographs very well (you can see the shine in my wedding photos).

Cups are sewn into the bodice. The dress bustles very well but even when it's down, it is pretty light and easy to move. The dress is currently bustled in the garment bag, which has been stored in a cool, dark and dry place in a non-smoking household. I do have cats but they haven't had access to the dress. The dress is in excellent shape!

I am 5'8" barefoot and was about 180lbs for wedding. I carry my weight in my stomach. I believe this dress is a bridal size 18 (I am normally a 12). The dress has been altered to my height with me wearing flats.

This is a boutique dress, hence no name brand.

Alterations

It has been hemmed and the straps taken in a tad. There has been no alterations to the width or waist. A little bit of lace was added to the bustline (near the cleavage) for a little more modesty; the lace was from the bottom of the dress and matches flawlessly.
