The Dress

This dress was originally a 20, and my measurements when I bought it were bust:45, waist: 38.5, and hips: 49. I gained weight since but was still able to get into it. The max waist would be 40. I am 5’4” and I went with a flat sneaker. This dress doesn’t have any structure built in beyond new bust cups. I am a 38G bust so we needed a a lot of support from undergarments. The main alterations made were taking in the waist and shortening the straps. The train was also shortened but it was super long to begin with. The back is fully open with lace sides

There is tons of appliqué on this dress, but it was sparse on the train. My seamstress took the extra appliqué from the alterations and the cut train and created a new, beautiful appliqué design. It's truly one of a kind That showed while bustle which was amazing! I felt so beautiful in this dress and I was so comfortable all night long. I got so many compliments from my family and friends. I know you will love it.

The dress has no stains or spots. There is a small tear in the underskirt from being stepped on, but it’s only noticeable if you look hard. It hasn’t been dry-cleaned but is in mint condition. It’s been stored in our closet I. It’s in its original bag.

Alterations

Train was shorted and appliqué re organized. straps were shortened and waist was taken in. Length was cut to the floor with flat shoes.
