The Dress

The Madi Lane Jenna dress has detachable butterfly sleeves so you can wear it as a spaghetti strap dress or with the sleeves attached. It has a long train (pictured).

The lining is Mocha.

The bustle has been fitted (pictured). The dress was purchased in a UK Size 12 and I had it altered down to fit before the wedding, when I was a UK Size 8.

I am 5 foot 2 so the dress was altered for my height (with 2/3 inch heels).

The dress was as comfortable as it was flattering, which was so important to me on the day. There was room to breathe (and eat!), the bustle held the fabulous train up for dancing, and there was lots of support for my chest.

It has been dry cleaned professionally.

I truly loved this unique dress and felt beautiful in it.

Alterations

Altered from UK Size 12 to UK Size 8.

Shortened to my height (5 ft 2 + 2/3 inch heels).

Regarding the measurements - I asked my tailor for these but they altered the dress using pins whilst I was wearing it. I'm happy to do my best to provide measurements for you (although I have probably gained a bit of weight in the 3 months post-wedding!) However the dress is most definitely closest to a UK Size 8 to 10.
