Top portion of the dress has been taken up and in since it was too large initially. I am a 36B for reference and 30" waist. My seamstress says the straps could be let down about a half inch.
French bustle was also put in.
Hem was taken up. I am 5'7" and wearing flats in the photos which were taken post-hem.
Dress was let out a half inch on each side by the hips
