The Dress

Bought the Francesca dress from Jenny Yoo in August 2023 and it fits like a dream! I felt so confident and the dress has a lot of structure and lining that I didn’t feel self conscious about my body. I didn’t wear shape-wear in the photos but you certainly can since the back is adjustable! I love the dress so much but I’m hoping to pass it on to another wonderful bride instead of hiding it away in my closet. There is a beautiful bustle when it’s tied up and completely transforms the dress! Dress has been professionally dry cleaned. Worn once for our wedding ceremony & reception which was all indoors.

The dress has detachable flowy wings and I’ll also include the lacy cathedral veil I wore! I’ll also pack the original garment bag it came with. It was the dream package all together.

Please note, the dress does not have a slit. Theres two versions of this dress online and this is the one WITHOUT the slit.

Alterations

The dress was shortened to my height. I’m 5’3” without heels. When I wore the dress with 3” heels, I was 5’6” and the dress kissed the floor beautifully. If you’re 5’3” and wearing 3” heels for your big day, you won’t need alterations! I had a choreographed dance and had no issues turning, spinning, waltzing, and dancing! There is also a french bustle that is easily tied, looks gorgeous when tied up.
