I am 5'7" and I was wearing 1 inch heels. The dress is pretty long though. It would be easier to walk if you are taller or wearing higher heels.
Other then that the dress is pretty comfortable although heavy. And it looks absolutely magnificent.

The dress was a little big in the waist. Alterations were made so if you need waist wider there is space up to 1 size.
