About the Dress

"A satin mermaid wedding gown with a high neck, low back silhouette + back buttons."

I had this dress made with split sizing - 6 bust, 6 waist, 10 hips. The measurements here are for this split sizing. The Laudae website has more sizing details as well, but feel free to message me if you have questions!

I wore it once on my wedding day and then had it professionally cleaned. It is so chic and timeless. I felt very comfortable and secure with the high neckline. There are very minimal alterations described below.

Alterations

-Cups sewn into bust that could be very easily removed at home
-The belt that comes with the dress was sewn on with no bow at the back. This could also be easily removed at home if desired.
-There is a hidden horse hair trim around the inside of the hem line which gives stiffness to the skirt to keep it out of the way of your feet.
-There is a french bustle added. Some of the pictures show the dress bustled.
