The Dress

Relaxed heavy french silk crepe long sleeved dress, with deep V neck and high back with button detailing on the back and the cuffs.
I really struggled to find any dresses that I truly liked when looking, then I came across this dress online and found a place that stocked it - fortunately I absolutely loved the dress and it was perfect.
On the day (March 2023) I genuinely felt amazing, the dress fit perfectly for me(without any alterations) and I felt really comfortable, even after lots of eating and drinking.
Also as a side note - I wanted to wear a bodysuit of some kind under the dress because i don't really feel comfortable without a bra, and I managed to find the perfect one for the dress - it was the SPANX

As you can see from the photos, the dress does drag on the floor and there wasn't any way to clip it up, so it did get pretty dirty as the night went on, I got it dry cleaned by a bridal specialist a couple of days after the wedding and they did a fantastic job of getting the worst of the marks off, however as you can see from the photos there are unfortunately still some marks around the bottom of the dress, however when the dress is hanging (or worn) I think these marks are barely visible and only someone who knows they are then would notice them. (every time i take the dress out the bag I am surprised how good it still looks!)
I have also noticed there are 2 tiny holes at the very top of the back of the dress, it looks like a pin was there, I am guessing the dry cleaners did this sadly, but again this is barely visible unless looking up close - see photos.

Hoping someone else can love this dress as much as I did.
