Dreamy dress worn in May 2023! This dress was absolutely divine for our choice of formal wedding venues. It was beautiful and classic like our selected church and wedding reception. I truly cannot emphasise enough how confident and elegant it made me feel on the day.

The shape is very flattering. The assistant at Eternal Weddings in Camberwell of Melbourne where I purchased this dress had worked as a dressmaker in Paris in her youth and she explained that this dress is a clever design as the V neck elongates the body. The mesh panel keeps things elegant and structurally sound.

I am especially keen on the material because it presents so well in photo unlike some dress out there.

It has been dry cleaned (for approximately AUD$700) and has come up brilliantly.

The dress was the ultimate joy to wear - so beautifully fitted and it moved so elegantly. I very much look forward to this dress bringing another bride such happiness.

Alterations

By way of background, I am small in height (approximately 150cms without shoes). Please know the following amendments were made by Eternal Weddings of Camberwell in Melbourne. All alterations were expertly made and the finish is excellent.
- we reduced the train on the 'as bought' dress. For this reason, please be aware the dress has a smaller train than on the Rosa Clara website.
- we shortened the length of the bust / torso / bodice area. For good measure, we then enlarged the area under the arms just to allow more breathing space in case it was warm on the day.
- we adjusted one of the bosoms to account for slightly different breast sizes. My left breast is fractionally larger. Apparently, this is common for women.
