The Dress

This gown is the "Tivoli" gown from Monique Lhulillier's Spring 2020 bliss collection. It was originally designed in silk white with green, however, I had the dress made in all silk white - the appliqué, beading, embroidery, are exceptional and the dress is in beautiful condition.

The gown itself is high-low and I additionally had a skirt made in tulle to snap on underneath the front fabric. When the skirt is snapped on the gown appears as though it goes to the floor which is how I wore it for the wedding ceremony with the long train.

I removed the skirt attachment for the party, and the back of the gown has a classic French bustle, although I did have my wedding dresser trim my train after the ceremony once bustled to alleviate some of the weight. It should not effect the look of the gown considering how much fabric there is to begin with.

The style of the gown is somewhere in between A-Line and a ballgown style - you can make fluff the gown to create more or less volume.

It's a very beautiful gown and I felt like a true princess.

The dress is very tiny, so this gown is perfect for a another petite bride
