I removed the cords between the chest (still have them, could be put on again) - and attached the flattery sleeves. The top is shiny and glittery and in my opinion very romantic.
I think the dress is made for women that love the off-shoulder effect, like to cover their arms and love the boho-elf look with special focus on quality fabric, buttons etc.
It is having a tow, but at the same time it is not heavy at all.
