The Dress

I am selling my incredible Georgia Young Couture wedding gown, which is a one off gown that was made in Melbourne.

The dress is an a-line/ball gown style and consists of a fitted and boned deep v neck bodice, with a hand draped silk organza feature on the front.

The base of the dress is white silk crepe and the Organza overlay is the star of the gown; which is hand draped into a phenomenal and soft multi length skirt. The bottom of the organza skirt if also hemmed with crinoline which gives movement and a slight uplift to the skirt. The crepe underlay of the skirt is also slightly shorter at the front so as you walk your shoes peek out from under the organza.

The dress has a low back with a an internal and external zip, with the bodice featuring silk covered buttons, the dress also features an extravagant train, which can be bustled up into the skirt for the reception.

Although the dress was made to measure, it would be between a size 6 and 8 (D- DD cup bust) and I am 170cm's tall (however, I wore 12cm shoes on the day). Approx measurements are; Bust 31cm (at largest point) and Waist 26cm at smallest point.

At the reception, i put on a custom made white velvet embellished belt which i will also include with the dress sale.
