The Dress

Stunning Oleg Cassini designer dress combining both off shoulder WITH a split skirt (hard to find!).

Featuring a sheer boned corset-style middle, lace and bead detail, detachable sleeves & glittery chiffon skirt that sparkles in the sun.

Fully dry cleaned.
There is one tiny tiny little hole in one of underneath layers of the chiffon at the back. You can’t see at all when on though - only when you lift up the layers & really look for it.

Priced to take into account re-making the skirt (see below), which trust me is worth every penny! The skirt gives this dress the true ‘wow’ factor. And seeing your leg kicking out in your photos is essential, if you’re buying a dress with a split skirt (you won’t get this if buying this dress off-the-shelf).

Alterations

Hem shortened (I am 5ft 1” without heels).
Waist taken in (to 66cm), whilst leaving bust large enough for DD cup.
Sleeves changed from lace to chiffon.
Skirt was effectively remade to make the split more obvious (it was originally at the front of the dress, almost in the middle & the A-line shape meant both sides of the split overlapped so you couldn’t see it. I had it re-made to start more on the side by the hip with less overlap so your leg kicks out when you walk)
