The Dress

A classic princess dress for a fairytale wedding!

Made from ivory tulle with a delicate lace underlay which adds a subtle shine. This dress perfectly accentuates the waist with a satin sash, tied at the back to add a bow embellishment. Or if simple is your style, the dress has a sewn-in 2cm tulle-covered satin belt without a bow.

A 4-level hoop skirt creates a statement ballgown silhouette, or easily adjust the hoops to perfect the silhouette that suits you best. Best of all, you can take the hoop skirt off later in the night to dance freely to your heart's content! Photos show a princess ballgown silhouette with 4cm heels and a 166cm tall bride. Reducing the skirt width will add extra length (up to approximately 3cm)

The bust is semi-sheer with a built in bustier. The bride pictured in the photos is wearing a white corset for a more modest look.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned with no damage that would be noticeable. One stitch that secures the sewn in belt to the dress has come away and two stitches that hold one of the bust cups in place have also come undone. Both are easily fixable with a needle and thread but don't necessarily need to be repaired.

Alterations

From the original design, elbow length puffy sleeves were removed, some lace and sequin embellishments were removed and the train was removed.

The bust size has not been altered as the fabric has some stretch in it. Would fit an Australian street size 14-16.
