The Dress

This dress is so beautifully dreamy, and elegantly simple.
The boned bodice sits comfortably, and is secured at the back with zip and functional hook and loop closures. The v-neck at the front is complemented by the mid-v at the back. The bodice flows into a full-length skirt that billows when dancing or spinning - and you'll want to spin all day in this! The skirt can be bustled at the back, but we found that it was easy enough to move in for our first dance, and I loved the effect of it swishing unrestricted.
The dress has been dry-cleaned at Syndal Bridal Dry Cleaner's in Moonee Ponds, for which I can give you the certificate, and is currently stored in a preservation bag, ready and waiting for its next day in the sun.

Alterations

The straps were shortened, and the skirt hemmed. Note: When I tried the dress on, I said that I was going to wear a hoop skirt beneath the skirt. However, I totally forgot on the day (and did not miss it at all) so it is a little bit long for my 160cm + 6cm heels. No other alterations were made to this dress.
