The Dress

Marta Marti - ÁGATA dress from the My Universe collection. This dress was the star of the show and I received so many "this is the best wedding dress I have ever seen" compliments. This dress is custom made with a deep V back.

The Bodice: From the middle of the neckline to the waist line is approx. 35.5cm in the front. The sleeves are pleated and cinched with elastic at the wrist so you can wear them from your wrist up your arm to increase or decrease the "poof" of the sleeve. The back has a beautiful deep V and the waistline is approx 72cm.

The Skirt/Slip: From the waist line to the bottom of the dress is approx. 116cm. The innermost layer is bright white silk fabric. Then there are two sheer overlays on top of this to give the skirt some volume. These overlays are white/offwhite (not bright white).

The Train: Starting at the waistline there is a sheer and delicate pleated overlay that is open at the front. It is quite deliate but there are no major holes or tears identified. This overlay from waistline to end is a traingle/wing/high-low shape. The longest point from waist to end is approx 175cm. This overlay give amazing movement and is really fun to swish around.

Note that this dress was dry cleaned but at the bottom of the outermost pleated overlay there is some minor dirt/stain marks. These can likely be hand washed out, but care must be taken due to the delicate nature and pleats.
