The Dress

This dress was an absolute dream to wear, I felt so comfortable and beautiful all day, and I’m hoping it can make someone else’s day perfect!

It has some very minor fraying on one of the beige lining layers, but not noticeable when wearing it as it is covered by the white layer and embroidered tulle.

Designed and handmade in Melbourne, Australia.

Handmade using a delicate ivory tulle fabric, embroidered with cotton and 3D laser cut flowers and petals, secured with glass beading and shimmering sequins.

A full circle skirt drapes from the waist, creating a romantic and timeless shape.

Sheer lace open back.

Skirt fastens with lace-covered buttons.

Silk dupion belt.

Easily bustled train with a lace-covered button.

All Amelie dresses feature a Power mesh lining, available in Ivory, Beige or Sand (photographed with Beige lining).

Finished with Horsehair braid along the hem of the skirt to create structure and volume. Please note, for simple alterations the horsehair trim will come unattached for easy hem alterations.

Alterations

The dress came with an optional dress 2 inch crinoline for the hem which has been sewn in. I have also had cups inserted (C cup) but these would be easily removed. The dress has otherwise been altered from a XL size to be brought into my measurements described.
