The Dress

Aura (DP) LS2310 - Bridal La Soie 2023 https://dylanparienty.com/product/aura/ DETACHABLE SLEEVES (held in place by clips, although you can opt to have them hand sewn by your alterations tailor and cut the threads later as I did). Sleeves have buttons from halfway up forearm down to wrists. Luxurious crepe, colour Ivory. Zipped back (hidden zip) with boning in the torso to give you more structure. Professionally dry cleaned and boxed by MyDressBox. Currently stored in the storage box they sent it back in. So these measurements will be what the dress has been altered to fit now. Bust of the dress would fit an 32A-B cup. Bought from The Sposa group bridal shop in Sydney, in Feb 2024. Alterations

Added bustle Shortened length (180cm in heels) Released thigh area 2cm (can be brought in again, I just released it so that it wouldn't show my thigh shape so prominently) Lift up shoulder strap (because I wanted the sleeves to be tight fitting and not loose like in the stock photo) Take in sleeves (so that they were skin tight and not loose like the stock photo, this can be reversed as no material was removed only seam adjusted) STOCK PHOTO I mentioned above can be found by going to the designers webpage for this dress, link in the description I specifically asked the alterations store to make ALL ALTERATIONS REVERSIBLE. Store used was Patt & Specs 4U (recommended by the bridal store) - Alterations cost me $1.3k I was originally quoted ~$300 by other seamstresses but my dress arrived late and the only seamstress available with short notice was the VERY expensive one. To be fair he was very good. You can ask your local seamstress how much it will cost to reverse the alterations detailed above but I don’t think you should be paying as much as me. I can share the contact details of the other alteration places that quoted me the lower prices (who were also recommended by a bridal store).
