The Dress

After searching through bridal shops in Perth and even making quick trips to Singapore and Tokyo, I was starting to feel frustrated—I just couldn’t find the perfect gown. I had my heart set on a dress with a low back, square neckline, A-line silhouette, and 3D flowers, but nothing came close. Just when I was about to give up, I came across Pallas Couture Emilie cross Roussillion. Made of delicate 3D lace on layers of white French silks and sheer tulle, with a cinched waist and structured bodice that perfectly accentuates the silhouette. The hand-sewn lace leaves are stunning. Now, I know every bride gets compliments on her dress, but honestly, everyone at the wedding couldn’t stop raving about this one. I’m 176 cm tall and wore 8/9 cm heels, i am a standard Aus size 8. With all the wedding stress, my D cup size ended up with a bit of extra room in the dress on the day, but it still looked fine! Included is a 3-meter Pallas Couture veil, which is valued at $800. There are three minor tears at the bottom, thanks to those epic mountain photos. My mother-in-law stitched them up so they’re barely noticeable from a distance, and the veil can be shortened if needed. The dress also comes with a Pallas Couture coat hanger and garment bag. After its trip from Perth to Queenstown, NZ, and back, it has a bit of ‘adventure’ on it and might need a light clean.

Alterations

There is a slit through the dress that can be easily sewn. A modest bustle has been added.
