The Dress

Custom made by the talented Cassandra Renee.

The dress is made of silk organza and covered in hand appliquéd beaded tulle. There was over 300 hours of hand appliqué that occured to give it that stunning detailed look. The boning inside the dress gives so much support. The dress allows for dancing, but there’s also a 1.6 meter detachable train made of layered silk organza with a crinoline hem which is absolutely stunning for the ceremony and photos! I will also include a single tier 3 meter veil.

It is a relaxed fit and flair. It makes it so much easier to enjoy dancing and walking. The dress also has a hand loop to make dancing easier.

The gown is so comfortable to wear due to the silk inner lining and my wedding was a stunning 27 degree day, so there was absolutely no dirt or weather damage on the dress! I’ve also had it professionally dry cleaned at Syndalls.

There are only 2 very minor faults that are both easy fixes! I have left them as I assume the new owner will get the dress altered by a professional and they are both easy fixes. 1. The hand loop that’s on the inside of the dress that you hold while dancing came undone on the night and my emergency sewing kit was used to re-do it (a dodgy quick job on the night that a professional can restore) and 2. About 5cm behind my leg directly down the main (outer) sheer seam had the sewing come loose and needs to be re-sewn and also along the bottom has come loose. Again, very minor and easily fixed during your own adjustment.

I had so many compliments wearing this dress! It’s so detailed and the hand beaded tulle looks stunning in the sun!

I’m selling the dress heavily discounted as I’d rather a bride enjoy this dress rather than it sit in storage! It’s a ridiculous bargain and I hope it makes another bride extremely happy!
