The Dress

This dress has it all! A Rachel Rose original, altered to be a unique custom made gown.

Subtle sequin shimmer, embroidered modern lace, and feathers that dance in the wind! With a flattering v sweetheart neckline, fabulous leg split, and a gorgeous open back that includes a hidden zipper and pearl buttons.

A discrete carry loop has been added under the gown so that you can keep the gown off the floor and/or bustle the train. A pearl and crystal beaded belt has also been added to the gown. The belt is an original design, imported from Spain.

The best part about this dress are the feathers! They live up to the name of the style: Movement and bring the 'wow' factor to the dress.

We had a micro wedding (only 30 people!) and the dress was worn to the ceremony. It has been dry cleaned as is in excellent 'as-new' condition. Includes a garment bag.

Retail price of the gown was $4730.

Alterations

The original dress included feathers on the bodice, these feathers have been removed and a pearl and crystal beaded belt sewn onto the gown to differentiate the top from the skirt.

A bustle for the train was also added. The hem of the tule of the dress has been slightly altered as I wore a low heel but still creates a train like effect (note: I am above average height so the remaining length would still provide a lot of options for further alterations).
