The Dress

This is a Stella York A Line Gown. Designer's description:

The material is pearl mikado. The dress has been dry cleaned. The photos included of the dress hanging are taken after dry cleaning. There is some slight staining on the inside of the hem of the dress. There is also a mark beneath the bow at the front of the dress, but it is minimal against the fabric where it doesn't show up in pictures.

Alterations

A belted bow in the same pearl mikado fabric has been added to accentuate the waistline. The dress includes a bustle for the train with three discrete loops stitched into the dress to hold the bustle off the ground.
