The Dress

Madi Lane ‘Jordan’ - in Ivory with lined bodice and sheer back.

The bodice is really nicely boned, holding you in perfectly and giving great shape to the waist. It was a really comfortable dress to wear, not heavy at all. The skirt has 3 layers, silk skirt which is nice and cool and then 2 different layers of lace. The back detail is gorgeous. Cups are also lovely so no underwear solutions were needed.

There are no flaws visible on the outside of the dress.

There is a small petal stain on the inside of the bodice, not visible externally at all.

Dress is dry cleaned and in its original bag.

Alterations

I had the waist and bodice taken in a little - the bodice was tightened under the cups to give a more defined shape.

I also had the train shortened as was originally very long. It was the perfect length for a bit of a trail without being an annoyance on the day.
