The Dress

This stunning Berta couture dress is from the Napoli collection and was made to order in March 2021. Original purchase price of $14,180 CAD and original proof of purchase will be included. The dress is entirely handmade. The 3D flower appliques are hand-sewn and each flower has a pearl in in the center. The glitter is hand-applied. The dress is absolutely stunning & your guests and groom will literally have their breath taken! The gown features three layers of lace to give it a beautiful depth. I absolutely loved this dress and it was one of the happiest days of my life! Next to when our son was born. ;)

The train is a showstopper. The beaded waist provides extra definition. Dress is in excellent condition. On top of being so beautiful and glamorous, girl, let me tell you - this dress is COMFORTABLE! And I'm pretty picky about taking care of my things, so there are ZERO rips, ZERO stains.

Hand wash only. I have not hand washed the dress as it is in extremely excellent and clean condition. We were planning to do another big wedding (our first was more of an elopement during COVID restrictions) and I was going to wear it as is - but I got pregnant instead and now this incredible dress is just hanging around in my closet! I hope it's YOUR dream dress and that it can go on to make more beautiful, happy memories.

The train/bottom hem does not even have a speck of dirt or staining (dress was only worn indoors). Interior gusset and breast panels are in perfect condition. Only one pearl will need to be reattached for the bustle. Dress is extremely comfortable and does not feel heavy. Original dress bag included.

Alterations

Length taken up slightly. Clear comfort hidden panel added to the interior of the straps so the glitter will not scratch nor will your shoulders turn red. The dress was a perfect fit at size 42 but I lost about 10 pounds leading up to the wedding so had the waist taken in. I have all the fabric scraps as well as the hanging straps.
