Purchased brand new. Dry cleaned.
4 layers: over skirt, 2 glitter tulle layers and 1 satin layer. Edging of tulle layer slightly ripped but can be sewed. Also cannot tell under the dress (see photos)

Alterations

Altered length only for my height of 5”3 and I wore 2.5” heels

Added a simple bustle for the train and two side lower bustles to make it slimmer when bustled.
