The Dress

What can I say about the wedding dress I fell in love with ?!
It’s absolutely stunning, I felt truly beautiful in this dress on my wedding day. The way it fits across the bodice and flares is the epitome of elegance. I love the v neck, and the floral embroidery makes the whole thing look so graceful.
I couldn’t bear the thought of something so beautiful being stored in a loft for years. I hope it will be loved and worn again! :)
The condition is very good. The hem has a very small amount of discolouration from being walked around in but nothing noticeable. One teeny tiny little start of a snag in the material (you have to have eagle eyes to spot this. I was examining it close up for sale and only spotted it then!) it’s definitely not noticeable when you’re wearing it. There is one small mark near the back hem of the dress which is also not noticeable when wearing. The inner lining has mud / shoe marks at the bottom because the length was slightly too long on me, as mentioned. Not visible when wearing!
I’ve not had the dress professionally dry cleaned because it’s £100+ and it felt risky to pay that in case it didn’t sell. A lot of the marks mentioned, I’m sure could be lifted at the dry cleaners. Or taken out of the dress by a seamstress if you needed it shortening!
Buyers preferably would come to try on the dress as I’d like to make sure you’re happy before buying.

Alterations

Altered to fit 28 inch waist. 36 inch bust. From shoulder to bottom of front hem approx 59 inches. I’m 5’6.5 and this was eeever so slightly long on me with mid heels on. Back of dress is longer as shown in photos.
For reference I wore this when I was a size 8 top and size 10 bottom.
