The Dress
One word: stunning. The dress is white tulle. The slightly sheer bodice is beautifully embellished with Swarovski crystals and hand beading. The skirt has layers of beautiful rosette tulle that swish as you walk and dance. There is an internal bustle. Only minor flaw is one of the rosettes came unraveled - very easy to be fixed by a tailor (picture 7). One slight 1 inch scuff on the rear hem that is hidden by the layers of tulle. Happy to answer any additional questions.
Alterations
It has been altered to include cups at the bust to make it easy to wear strapless (picture 8). Can be easily removed.
