The Dress

I fell in love with this dress the moment I laid eyes on it at a bridal dress shop in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Pictures 3-5 are from my wedding day mid June (literally still receiving compliments which makes it that much more difficult to sell!) Pictures 6 and 7 are from the store when I first tried it on. Purchased brand new - never worn before my wedding day!

I paid CAN $500 in alterations. I decided to customize the straps to be over the shoulder so I could have more support for the evening portion of the wedding day. They were originally intended to be worn shorter and off shoulder as per images on this page: https://www.enzoani.com/en/collections/enzoani/tyra

I also got my seamstress to add some more floral appliques to the back of the dress. Before doing this, the over shoulder straps looked disconnected from the back of the dress. Bottom of image 8 shows the original back and top shows the revised back of the bodice with the added floral appliqué.

I received extra tulle from the dress shop and got my seamstress to pull some of the floral appliques from the dress to place on the arm straps. You can easily shorten them once again if you'd like it to be worn off shoulder.

Important notes:

- There are some minor tears in the train which happened during the outdoor photo session prior to the wedding ceremony. You would only be able to tell from close up.
- The dress has been professionally dry cleaned.
