The Dress

I only wore this dress for 2 hours (so short!) for the ceremony and photos. I LOVED LOVED LOVED wearing this gown. It is just spectacular and photographs so well and very comfortable and light. The A-line makes it look beautiful on all beautiful bodies.

You can have the veil too if you like. (From the photos) For free! It’s from David’s Bridal and retailed at $200.

Alterations

No alterations made to the length, originally had 4 inches added to the bust via darted panels added in the side and covered with additional lace because I had a bigger bust. However, they were readjusted to fit my bust better and can be easily undone to its' original added panel state which then can be easily removed in alterations to bring it back to the original ODLR size 10, as if you walked out the store with it. My alterations service is more than happy to talk to your alterations specialist and provide all the details or you can use them yourself! (the store is called And Something Blue) - I know it sounds like a mouthful but it really isn’t. Just hard to describe over text. :)

There were no alterations done to the length at all. The dress is originally a high low design and I'm 5'5" so the length was closer to the campaign photos which is tea length in the front although the rest is floor length.
