The Dress

I saw this dress on Pinterest and absolutely LOVED it. I’ve been at a lot of weddings and never seen anything like it. It’s really simple but striking with the straight lines, yet the quality of the fabric, lining and button detail all still make it feel bridal. The shape is quirky but sophisticated so I think it’s the perfect dress if you love something just a bit different, and if you like clean lines. All you need is a tan!

It fitted me almost perfectly so it has had minimal alterations just at the chest as I have quite a small bust (I’m 32B), and a little off the length as it was very long for me -I’m 5.5”.

The colour is officially ivory but compared with a lot of other dresses, and as you can see in the pictures, it is really more white to me. I was concerned in case it would look too cream because I love a crisp white in summer, but once I paired it with the flowers and shoes I was delighted with the exact shade it looked exactly as I’d wanted it too.

There is a small mark underneath the train. The dress has been dry cleaned and the mark isn’t noticeable, but if you were concerned it could easily be cut away by a tailor. I will happily send close ups of this if you are interested.

Length to fit 5.5” + in 3” inch heels.
