This is the Jenny by Jenny Yoo Catalina Strapless Cape Gown from Anthropologie! It's still available on their site so you can see more photos there.

The cape is detachable by secure clips, and the dress looks great with it both on and off. I got so many compliments on the dress all day.

All the fit details:
- The bodice was not altered and is a standard size 4
- The hem was shortened -- I am 5' 7" and I wore 3 inch heels
- I wore a Spanx bodysuit underneath and it looked super smooth and elegant.
