There is a tear at the bottom of the dress in the tulle outer layer only. See picture included. You really have to look hard to see it and would not be noticeable once the dress is on.

Alterations

A floor length bustle was added and it was shorted and bust taken in to be about a size 33. C Bra cups were also added, but can be removed.
