This dress and stunning custom balero jacket catches the light and is magical. I bought is from Rachel Scott in Edinburgh. The belt is not included. I wore flats with a small heel and am normally 169cm
Alterations
I am a slim size 8 and it was made to size. It can easily be adjusted and had a corset inside so it can be adjusted to the wearer too. There are small breast pads inside that make is extremely flattering without the need for the bra.
