Sareh Nouri Call Me Fancy Gown. The dress is in perfect condition and was professionally cleaned by Jeeves New York, a highly reputable wedding dress cleaner.

Alterations
The dress was taken in at the bust and hips and the flared portion of the skirt was reduced by about two inches to make it stick out less. The hem of the dress was also taken in to fit my height (I'm 5'5" and was wearing heels so was about 5'8" on the wedding day). A french bustle was added as well for reception/dancing. The alterations were done by Alts Specialists in NYC, costing about $2k. The hanging straps were removed but you could probably have some added on easily if you wanted to.
