Flaws:
I went over the dress with the drycleaner and the only flaw we could find is one loose button that would hold the optional sleeve. Each sleeve is attached with 4 buttons. The streamers attach with snaps

Alterations

I made a few alterations to this dress.
-I made the streamers detachable
-I added 10 reinforced pickup bustle buttons (all still secured)
-I removed the hoopskirt layer
-I removed the horsehair heavy layer (it was too hot and heavy)
-I shortened the straps slightly so they would not hang too low
-I added in boning in the top to ensure adequate bust support
-I removed the small tulle apron under the front of the dress to allow my stomach area to be flat
