The Dress

My invoice details measurements/specifications of
35 29 41, however the measurement requests above for Bust, Waist, Hips and Height, do not give me the option to enter these sizes, so I have selected random ones for the measurements.

Please use the measurements from my invoice [removed] UK size 12.

I ordered my dress in 2019 for our wedding in 2020, however Covid cancelled our wedding unfortunately. We did finally get married in late 2022, with this dress being made and collected in early 2022, but I decided I no longer wanted to wear my dress and bought a jumpsuit instead but my wife wore her dress, ordered and made the same time (she wants to keep her dress).

The reason for the change was simply I no longer felt like a “dress person”. Absolutely loved the dress when I chose it, I felt beautiful, but my fashion choices just changed in those couple of years since ordering it.

Therefore, my dress has been hanging up in my spare room for several years, untouched and unaltered. Sadly, I didn’t even try it on when I collected it in 2022, so I have never actually seen it on since “I said yes to the dress”. So, apart from needing to be steamed, it is in perfect condition and only came out the bag when taking the photos for selling it.
