The Dress

Hello Brides!

My wedding dress was so flattering and hugged me in all the right places. It has modern florals from bodice to train and detachable cape sleeves that add a romantic and unique look.

The V neck illusion bodice has beading that lines the entirety of the neckline. In the video, you can see that the bodice is completely opaque -- I had it altered to have the ivory lining removed and replaced with a nude lace so that the bodice is semi-transparent. It has boning throughout the bodice to accentuate her bride’s shape without it being overwhelming.

The V neck back finishes 2 inches above the waist and has a 25 inch illusion train. Meaning it's not so heavy as a traditional train. This dress is just so soft and flowing and the 3D chiffon flower and embroidered sheet lace gives it just enough dazzle.

Alterations

-Removal of ivory lining and replaced with nude lace for semi-transparent bodice
-Shortening of straps
-Hem shortened for 5'4" with 3 in heels
-Push-up bra cups added to bodice
-I did originally have a bustle added to the dress, but I believe the ties broke sometime during dry cleaning. So if bustle is wanted (will definitely recommend since the train is long) it'll have to be added again.

I spent $600 on alterations total.
