Paid £2000 on sale in 2022 - not sure full retail
Unsure of original size but was tailored to my measurements 34.5" bust, 25.5" waist, 37.5" hip. I fit a UK size 8 when I wore it. I am 5ft8" and wore converse so probably fit up to 5ft9" if you wore properly flat shoes.
