The Dress

The Magali Strapless Pleated Mesh Wedding Gown designed by Watters from the Spring 2023 collection. This is a brand new gown with tags still on. No alterations, it has only been briefly tried on. The gown was originally sold by Anthropologie, but it is now sold out. Watters has a 2024 version that looks very similar (the Reko), and I think this dress would look great styled in a similar way with a tulle scarf.

Although I love this dress, I ended up going in a different direction for my wedding dress. This gown reminds me of the CINQ tulle gowns or Danielle Frankel pleated dresses, and I brought it with the idea of altering it to be a more affordable/customized version of that style dress. (Imagine adding tulle puff sleeves like the CINQ Mayce gown!) Either on its own or with customizations, I think this dress would be perfect for a new bride.
