NEW Rosa Clara QUEROL dress. Dress is brand new with tags, never worn (except for fitting in store) and never altered. Intricate beaded gown with open V back with delicate straps and feather /mesh shoulder details (could probably be removed if prefer). Sheath dress with flowing out at bottom with several whimsical layers. Loved it but ended up not wearing it as we decided to have a small civil marriage instead. (Store did not allow returns).
