About the Dress
This dress is a Pnina Tornai love collection dress. The train has been removed since this was my reception dress. It was also altered to hit the floor for me at 5'4". I am a US size 4. It does not come with the belt in the stock photo. It is sheer (with cups) on the top and I paid to add another layer of skirt so the bottom wasn't sheer. It has been altered to my measurements.
