About the Dress

This is a couture dress I wore for my wedding in the South of France. I purchased from Angelica Bridal in North London, the official stockist to Gözde Karadana.

The flowers, glass beading and bodice pleating have all been finished by hand to create this exquisite piece.

The necklace you see on the model I had turned into a belt. I loved the matching handmade flowers on the necklace ends and wanted to preserve them so when the belt is tied into a bow, the flowers trail beautifully behind on the dress train

I had the slit lowered as it was too sky high for me!

Both the belt and the slit can be returned to their original forms easily

I received so many compliments on the day on how sophisticated the dress looked and if you're lucky enough for there to be gust of wind, the light tulle layered skirt will blow in the most magical way, so make sure your photographer captures the moment!

This ethereal gown is delicately draped with tulle fabric. The bodice fits perfectly because of the specially structured bustline.

Alterations

Dress was hemmed to my height. I'm 5'3" (161cm) and wore 5" (12cm) heels
And waist was taken in slightly, there is an inner elasticated clasp that can be taken out to make the waist bigger if needed
