The Dress

This dress has a gorgeous look and feel to it and has just been worn once for my wedding day, bought new. I felt absolutely incredible in it and it is so beautiful. It has a lovely layered skirt with various levels of glitter which creates a classy, sparkly look. The top half is nude and sheer but with the beading on top which just looks like it is on your skin. Cups are inside which fitted me perfectly - I am a 32C/34B. Very comfortable - I danced all night and it felt great! It is a really light wedding dress which is one of the things which attracted me to it.

It also has a lovely train which I've tried to show in the picture, but I have more I can send.

It was a bit rainy at our wedding but the dress has been dry cleaned and looks good as new (cost £175). There is a little bit of very faded brown on the bottom seam of the petticoat but you can really only see it if you flip it over.

Alterations

This dress has had alterations, they shortened the straps, shortened the hem and put in a few little silk buttons at the bottom of the back to bring in the waist a little (you can see them in the photo). I have the receipts/bits they took for all the work. It has also had a bustle added for ease of dancing but you can't see this at all on the outside, just the ribbons inside the underskirt.
