The Dress

✨ Alena Leena - Custom Nolina / Clivia Gown ✨

I felt like an absolute princess in my custom dress, at my wedding in a chateau in Provence. It was light and airy, but still had the dramatic effect I wanted. We combined the top of the Nolina gown, as I loved it's simplicity, with the bottom of the Clivia gown, as I loved it's volume and train.

The dress has been dry cleaned and is in pristine condition. It comes with an additional unused skirt, which is more A-line and has a slit (see alterations box below for details and last photo in gallery).

I am a standard size 10 and 170cm tall (I wore 9cm heels with this dress). The top half is tight enough to cinch you in and keep the dress up. I stitched a bra into the top as I am quite small-chested, but this can easily be removed to make for extra space in the cups.

Alterations

I originally bought the dress with a different skirt, which is less full (about 1/3 of the fabric of the new skirt), has shorter train and a slit. I changed my mind once I received it, wanting something fuller and more traditional, so the tailor unstitched the skirt and replaced it with my new one. The original skirt is brand new and will come with this dress, in case you want a different look on the bottom half (last photo in gallery).
