About the Dress

This ivory Allure Bridals wedding gown made our special day a dream come true! I’m hoping to pay it forward to another bride to be. The dress was originally purchased new from The Bridal Boutique in Columbia, MD in 2021 for $2,100. It was only worn for 4 hours before a wardrobe change for our reception. The original dress before alterations is a size 16. However, it was taken in to fit a size 10/12. A bustle and bra padding was added to the gown so a simple body shaper can be worn underneath. The beautiful covered buttons down the back trail the entire length of the gown, but only require fastening halfway up the back. There is a hidden zipper as well. The skirt features cascading layers of tulle and organza. The sweetheart neckline and mermaid style with train give this dress a feminine and elegant feel.

Length from top of back of the dress to floor (end of train): 70”
Length from top of front center neckline to floor: 54.5”

Alterations

The original dress before alterations is a size 16. However, it was taken in to fit a size 10/12.
