It’s held together by tulle with tulle straps that can be easily removed for a totally strapless look. Bow is removable. I’m roughly 5’4 and this dress had a few inches of length on me. POCKETS! Padding in cups, boning in bodice. Stunning fabric that sits perfectly. Inquire about anything!
