The Dress

Just look at the back of this dress! I immediately fell in love with the aztec floral embroidered skirt from the waistline spreading out to the amazing train which is quite long but lightweight material, it was so easy to move around in. I love the low swooped back, the elegant flattering bust and the weightless floaty skirt. I had a seamstress sew on further embroidery to the spaghetti straps to give it a more finished look. I also bought sleeves and my seamstress sewed them in loosely so we could tack them out for the evening - I wanted a change of look without having 2 dresses and the sleeves-to-no-sleeves achieved this perfectly. Sleeves are included but will need to be sewn back onto the dress. I got so many compliments about the sleeves!
Another key thing for me was comfort and this dress was perfect - the floaty skirt was so free to move around in I was as happy in it at the end of the day as I was when I first put it on.

Also selling my veil which has a beautiful leaf embroidery around the edge - perfectly frames the whole train.

Dress, sleeves & veil were all dry cleaned straight after our wedding. The ground at our rustic venue was gravel so the bottom of the dress picked up quite a bit of dust - dry cleaners treated it and most came out but there is still a light level of dust ingrained at the hem. I am quite tall at 5ft11 so would expect most people would need the dress taken up and then this could be cut off.

Alterations

Minor alterations to fit my body including slight tuck in along side seams of bodice. Stitched embroidery on straps. Loop added to skirt to hold when dancing.
