The Dress

This is the Montclair dress by Monique Lhuillier with the matching Everest Veil. It is dry-cleaned and preserved. I wore it only for a few hours during the ceremony and pictures, and then I changed immediately into my reception dress.

I have the receipt as well. Montclair is described as an "embroidered tulle strapless sweetheart nat waist soft trumpet..." and the Everest Veil is described as an "embroidered tulle two-tier cut-edge fingertip length veil."

It's such a beautiful dress, especially paired with the veil—I love it when it's flared out (I included a picture of when the sales associate flared out the veil)! Both are silk white. This is the whitest it can be without affecting pictures (not bright white but soft white).

Alterations

I had the bodice taken in a bit to be more form-fitting and the length hemmed to adjust for my height. Trumpet and hips were also taken in slightly. The measurements I listed are according to the dress after the alterations.

Bustle was also added.

Measurements were taken by a professional tailor.
