The Dress

Purchased from MyTheresa. I wore this dress for our elopement in the Dolomites and it was the most beautiful gown. The billowy off-the-shoulder sleeves are romantic and have a cute bow detailing near the elbows. The train is also gorgeously long and glides with movement. As I was wearing the dress for just a few hours and mainly for photos, I did not make any alterations to the dress and wore it straight off the rack. It is quite long though so I'd imagine anyone who's not 5'10" or above would need to alter the length.

This dress was professionally dry-cleaned for $500+ at Jeeves in the Upper East Side and will come wrapped in their packaging (I only removed it to take the listing photos/videos). Please note that there is some wear - I tried to document it as clearly as possible in the video. I'd say there are three main areas of wear - I show this in the last three photos (but these also only show in certain lighting/angles).
1) On the back near the rear, there's a pull but I believe it would be hidden anyways by the shadow created by the bum.
2) On the front of the dress, there's slight lines/pulls across the thigh area which again only show is the area is not pulled taut and the lower portion near the hem which would be cut off for some brides.
3) Light lines/pulls near the center of the lower half of train that show if you look closely
There are other smaller pulls/snags, but that is mainly due to the nature of the fabric.

I pulled this quote from another Stillwhite listing = "Danielle Frankel gowns are made out of wool/silk and literally anything will snag on it. If you go to the Danielle Frankel studio they will tell you how "fragile" this material is."

Please note - In the video, there are some creases from where the train of the dress was hung up to prevent scrunching after dry cleaning that can be steamed out.
